Imagine the Israelites crowded at the banks of the Red Sea when God commanded Moses to tell them to cross over to the other side. Every single one of them had their own pet peeves, hook ups, and hang ups. They were afraid, terrified, scared, worried, doubtful, anxious, and disillusioned. I’m sure they were questioning God’s instructions and some thought clearly Moses must have missed God’s voice. What would have happened if the Israelites pressed fast forward and didn’t embrace their Red Sea?
